BUCYRUS — Several defendants were arraigned in Crawford County Common Pleas Court on Monday via video from the Crawford County Justice Center.

Joshua Dobrilovic, 30, of Bucyrus was charged with a first-degree felony charge for possession of drugs punishable with as many as 15-and-a-half years in prison. Dobrilovic was in possession of more than 280 grams of methamphetamines.

In other court proceedings, Jennifer Saldivar, 31, of Galion was arraigned on a third-degree felony charge for tampering with evidence, punishable by as many as 36 months in prison. Magistrate Tim Roston set Saldivar’s bond at $75,000 and appointed attorney Tani Eyer to represent her.

Brittany Rose, 26, of Bucyrus was charged with two third-degree felony charges for tampering with evidence, each punishable by as many as 36 months in prison. Rose is accused of tampering with drug tests on two different occasions.

Crawford County Prosecutor Matt Crall asked the court to set Rose’s bond at $100,000. Crall noted that Rose had been unable to complete the court’s diversion program, that she had violated the terms of probation and was sentenced to 18 months in prison and that this crime was committed while on judicial release from prison.

“You’ve had quite a few chances and keep screwing them up,” Roston told Rose.

Roston set bond at $100,000 and appointed attorney Tom Nicholson to represent Rose.

Lashaunda Pankey, 26, of Galion was indicted on one third-degree felony charge for obstruction of justice, punishable by as many as 36 months in prison and a first-degree misdemeanor for falsification, punishable by as many as 180 days in jail. Bond was set at $100,000. Attorney Geoff Stoll was appointed to represent Pankey.

Milton Reed, 24, of Mansfield was arraigned on one third-degree felony charge for having weapons under disability, punishable by as many as 36 months in prison, one fourth-degree felony charge for mishandling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, punishable by as many as 18 months in prison, one fifth-degree felony charge for possession of heroin, punishable by as many as 12 months in prison and one misdemeanor charge for possession of marijuana, punishable with a fine of $150. Reed’s bond was set at $150,000. Attorney Joel Spitzer will represent Reed.

Roger Keen, 44, of Galion was charged with one third-degree felony charge for illegal conveyance of a drug into a detention center, punishable by as many as 36 months in prison, one fifth-degree felony charge for possession of heroin, punishable by as many as 12 months in prison and one first-degree misdemeanor charge for domestic violence, punishable by as many as 180 days in jail. Bond was set at $100,000. Keen is represented by attorney Cassidy Mayer.

Gary Fox, 47, of Galion was charged with one fifth-degree felony charge for possession of drugs, punishable by as many as 12 months in prison, one second-degree felony charge for obstruction of justice, punishable by as many as 90 days in jail and one fourth-degree misdemeanor charge for drug paraphernalia (glass pipe), punishable by as many as 30 days in jail. Bond was set at $75,000. Spitzer was appointed to represent Fox.

Johnarae Hoskins, 40, of Bucyrus was charged with one fifth-degree felony charge for permitting drug abuse, punishable by as many as 12 months in prison and one fifth-degree felony charge for possession of methamphetamine, punishable by as many as 12 months in prison. Bond was set at $50,000. Eyer was appointed to represent Hoskins.

Timothy Adkins, 29, of Bucyrus was charged with fifth-degree felony charge for possession of methamphetamine, punishable by as many as 12 months in prison and one second-degree misdemeanor for possession of a drug abuse instrument (syringe), punishable by as many as 90 days in jail. Bond was set at $50,000. Attorney Grant Garverick was appointed to represent Adkins.

Phillip Tesso Jr., 27, of Crestline was charged with one fourth-degree felony charge for counterfeiting, punishable by as many as 18 months in prison. According to the charges, Tesso was in possession of 32 counterfeit $100 bills. Bond was set at $100,000. Attorney Brad Starkey was appointed to represent Tesso.
