10:05 a.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station regarding a theft.
10:11 a.m.-A welfare check was made in the area of Woodbine Apartments and Failor Avenue.
11:03 a.m.-A report of suspicious activity in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.
11:42 a.m.-A report of a vehicle hitting the stoplight at North Walnut and Mary Streets was investigated.
12:53 p.m.-Officers assisted with traffic control at North Walnut and Mary Streets for traffic signal replacement.
1:28 p.m.-Officers investigated a possible domestic dispute in the area of Linwood and Rosedale Avenues.
1:35 p.m.-A traffic stop was made and Brittany Black, 24, was arrested in the area of Winchester and Wallace Street on a warrant out of Upper Sandusky and possession of drug abuse instrument. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to await transport to Upper Sandusky.
2:00 p.m.-A report of a suicidal person was investigated in the 800 block of North Sandusky Avenue. The individual received counseling assistance at the hospital.
3:37 p.m.- Officers spoke to a person at the station about a civil issue.
4:26 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 900 block of South Walnut Street.
5:03 p.m.- A juvenile complaint was investigated in the 500 block of South East Street.
5:14 p.m.- Officers checked a report of an intoxicated man lying on the ground. Brian Painter, 51, was arrested in the 200 block of West Mary Street on a Crawford County warrant. He was taken to Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
5:50 p.m.- Syringes found in the 400 block of West Charles Street were picked up and disposed of.
6:20 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 900 block of Elm Street.
6:22 p.m.- Officers checked a report of a person hiding near a dumpster near A1 glass. Kayla St Clair, 28, was arrested in the 800 block of South Sandusky Avenue on two Crawford County warrants. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for Court.
6:59 p.m.-A private property accident was investigated in the 900 block of West Perry Street. A black Toyota corolla struck a pole.
7:01 p.m.- A purse found in the 200 block of East Mary Street was returned to the owner.
7:39 p.m.- Officers checked an open building in the 600 block of Ridge Avenue.
8:18 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 500 block of South Spring Street.
9:07 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance Service in the 400 block of Dudley Avenue.
9:19 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person in the 1200 block of Home Circle Drive was investigated.
11:32 p.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a person in the Walmart parking lot.

1:12 a.m.-Officers assisted Norfolk Southern Railway personnel in checking the tracks in the area between Highland Avenue and Whetstone Street after the engineer thought they may have hit something or there may be a trespasser on the tracks. The train appeared fine and nothing was located in the area at the time.
2:28 a.m.-Officers assisted a person experiencing mental issues in the area of Highland Avenue and East Rensselaer Street near the railroad. The individual was taken to Bucyrus Community Hospital for counseling.
6:44 a.m.-An employee at Bucyrus Community Hospital requested officer assistance with a disorderly patient.
