Firefighter union to host Meet the Candidates Night

BUCYRUS — A local firefighters union is hosting a Meet the Candidates Night for the general election races in Bucyrus.

Bucyrus Firefighters IAFF Local 1120 is hosting a Meet the Candidates Night for the general public Wednesday, Oct. 2 in the Bucyrus High School auditorium.

The purpose of the event is for the public to be able to meet and hear from the candidates in the Bucyrus mayoral race and Bucyrus City Council at-large seat race.

North Central Ohio Media Group News Director James Massara will moderate the event.

The four council at-large candidates will take the stage at 6 p.m. and the three mayoral candidates will take the stage at 7 p.m.

Residents may submit questions for the candidates to answer in the spaces provided below.
