To the victors go the spoils and in the Northern 10 volleyball wars the victors were the Buckettes of Buckeye Central who certainly got their share of the spoils when it came to league honors.
The Buckettes won the N10 with a perfect league mark of 16-0. Buckeye Central reached the district championship game in the postseason and ended the campaign with a record of 23-2.
Six Buckettes received All-N10 honors as voted on by leagues coaches, including first teamers Jenna Karl, Addie Ackerman and Baily Agin.
Karl was named Player of the Year in the N10 while Buckettes’ mentor Jackie Reinhart was named Coach of the year.
