BUCYRUS—Two deadbeat dads had warrants issued for their arrests after failing to appear for their Pretrial proceedings in the Crawford County Common Pleas Court.

Michael Banks, 33, of Bucyrus, has been ordered arrested after he failed to appear for his final criminal non-support hearing. Banks was given a personal recognizance bond and allowed thirty days to pay his arrears and stay current on his support payments. Banks faces up to 12 months in prison.

Ryan Nelson, 37, of Marion, was also ordered arrested after he failed to appear for his criminal non-support hearing. Judge Leuthold ordered a bond forfeiture hearing for a later date when the bonding agency could be present.
