The video was recorded June 25 on Butler’s body camera.
Reports of what is in the contents of the video led to residents asking for Moore’s resignation at the Oct. 1 council meeting.
Moore did not resign but did release an apology letter.
Butler was placed on paid administrative leave Aug. 31 for an undisclosed reason.
Moments when Moore is heard using the slurs may be found at 9:36, 30:00, 30:34 and 30:52.
