BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—Two individuals are in custody following a targeted narcotics investigation at a Marion Road residence Tuesday afternoon.
The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, alongside the METRICH Enforcement Unit, executed a search warrant at 1722 Marion Rd., Apt. E, at approximately 12:45 p.m. on April 28. The operation concluded an investigation into the suspected distribution and use of methamphetamines at the property.
Authorities arrested Penny Lloyd, 58, and Sean Kissling, 54, during the search. Officials confirmed both individuals were the primary targets of the investigation.
During the sweep, deputies seized suspected methamphetamines, prescription medication, and various items of drug paraphernalia. Both Lloyd and Kissling were transported to the Crawford County Justice Center.
Lloyd faces charges of trafficking in methamphetamines and permitting drug abuse. Kissling faces a charge of trafficking in methamphetamines.
Case reports are being forwarded to the Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office for the consideration of additional charges.
