MANSFIELD—The following are on this week’s Most Wanted list from the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.
Richard Kiser—56 years old, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Kiser is wanted for failing to provide a change of address as a sex offender. He has ties to Mansfield, New Philadelphia, Conneaut, Bergholz, and Lawrenceburg, TN.
Jaleeka Burton—27 years old, 5 feet, 4 inches tall, 147 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Burton is wanted for aggravated possession of drugs and a fail-to-appear warrant. She has ties to the Mansfield area.
Rafael Martinez Jr.—38 years old, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 189 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Martinez is wanted by the U.S Marshals Service and Richland County Sheriff’s Office and Adult Parole Authority for a bond violation on the original charge of trafficking in fentanyl and aggravated trafficking F1 and F2, and a parole violation on the original charge of rape F1.
Clarence Webb—60 years old, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Webb is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and Richland County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated possession of drugs. He has ties to the Mansfield area.
