7:39 a.m.-Dustina J. Hoffman, 43, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant after officers were called to the 700 block of Ann Street regarding a domestic issue. She was released pending a court appearance.

8:16 a.m.-Officers spoke with a resident at the station regarding a possible scam.

11:39 a.m.-Timothy Adkins, 30, was arrested in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street and was charged with theft. He was also arrested on a warrant out of Ontario. Adkins was issued a summons and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to await transport to Ontario.

12:12 p.m.-A disturbance in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated.

2:20 p.m.-A two-vehicle accident at Southern and East was investigated.

7:43 p.m.-Officers investigated a reported open building in the 600 block of Wilbur Street.

8:01 p.m.-A disturbance was reported in the 200 block of South Highland Avenue.

9:03 p.m.-A welfare check was requested in the 200 block of South Highland Avenue.

9:50 p.m.-Officers took a report following a disturbance in the 1600 block of Marion Road.

9:54 p.m.-Officers searched the Washington Square area for a disorderly person.

10:03 p.m.-A hit-skip accident was reported in the 500 block of South Spring Street. The driver of the vehicle fled the area on foot.

11:00 p.m.-Officers spoke to a person at the station regarding a disturbance.

3:42 p.m.-A suspicious vehicle was reported in the East Mansfield and Walnut Street area.

8:58 a.m.-Mason L. Cheeseman, 19, was arrested in the 600 block of Aurora Street and charged with domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center pending a court appearance.

9:46 a.m.-A report of a disorderly person was investigated in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

10:28 a.m.-Officers warned a juvenile against trespass in the 100 block of East Charles Street.

10:32 a.m.-Officers checked a building for intruders in the 100 block of South Poplar Street.

10:45 a.m.-A resident came to the station to report a possible scam.

10:49 a.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street.

12:34 p.m.-A disturbance in the 700 block of Gay Street was investigated.

12:42 p.m.-A disturbance in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

12:52 p.m.-Officers attempted to deliver a message in the area of Woodbine Apartments.

1:23 p.m.-Officers investigated a domestic problem in the 1200 block of Willard Street.

3:31 p.m.-Officers responded to a barking dog complaint in the 400 block of West Mansfield Street.

3:40 p.m.-A parking complaint was received in the 900 block of Monnett Street.

4:06 p.m.-A welfare check was requested in the 500 block of South Walnut Street.

4:07 p.m.-A welfare check was requested in the 1200 block of Willard Street.

4:25 p.m.-A welfare check was requested in the 200 block of Euclid Avenue.

6:13 p.m.-Officers checked the 1300 block of Whetstone Street following a report of a suspicious vehicle.

6:51 p.m.-Officers made a pickup in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

8:10 p.m.-Officers assisted Portsmouth EMS in the 1600 block of Marion Road.

3:48 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 700 block of Gay Street.

3:58 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a speeding car in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

4:05 p.m.-Tiffany Gray, 24, and Brad Villars, 42, were both arrested for warrants out of Crawford County Sheriff’s Office. They were both taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

4:27 p.m.-Officers conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

4:49 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 1100 block of West Mansfield Street.

5:09 p.m.-Officers performed a welfare check in the 300 block of West Warren Street.

5:15 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a speeding vehicle in the area of Aumiller Park.

5:33 p.m.-Officers took a report of a car accident in the 200 block of East Warren Street.

9:15 p.m.-Jesse Rittenberry, 38, was arrested for a warrant out of Crawford County Sheriff’s Office. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

9:17 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of an unwanted male in the 200 block of East Oakwood Avenue.

9:32 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a breaking and entering in the 200 block of East Oakwood Avenue.

9:58 p.m.-A motorist was issued a traffic citation in the Maple and Irving Street area.

10:58 p.m.-A report of loud music in the 500 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.
