A reward is being offered for information leading to the resolution of vandalism that occurred at Central Ohio Recycling and Salvage.
According to the Bucyrus Police Department, one or more vandals caused extensive damage to vehicles on the property of Central Ohio Recycling and Salvage over the weekend. The company, located at 668 Woodlawn Ave., is currently offering a $250 reward for information leading to the identification and arrest of the people responsible.
The damage included stealing keys from numerous vehicles and breaking mirrors, windows, and windshields. A GMC truck also had its ignition and Alpine radio faceplate stolen while an International 9100 S/A Semi had its cab trashed, the passenger window painted, and the fire extinguisher emptied. Another semi’s dashed was beaten out and its fire extinguisher also emptied.
