The case of a 22-year-old Galion man charged with first-degree felony rape two years ago today is scheduled for a three-day trial next week.
The trial of Sean Kirk will begin on Tuesday barring a continuance. Kirk will be represented by attorney Brent English. Morrow County Prosecutor Charles Howland will act as special prosecutor and will be trying the case in front of Judge Russell Wiseman.
Jury selection will be Tuesday morning.
