Registration is open for the First Annual Women’s Health Symposium: A Closer Look at Gender Sensitive Medicine. It will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, May 17, at the Mid-Ohio Conference Center in Mansfield. The event is being organized by Melissa Juliano, D.O., and Nurse Practitioner Kim Scott.
Healthcare professionals who attend this symposium will earn continuing education credits. In addition, the fees also cover course materials and lunch.
Expert faculty will present evidence-based lectures specific to women’s health ranging from cardiovascular to sexual medicine. The program is designed for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants who provide specialty and primary care to women. Residents and students of medical subspecialties are welcome to attend.
