Ohio’s budget is on its way to Governor John Kasich’s desk. The Ohio House and Senate passed the $62 billion spending plan yesterday.
The budget includes sweeping income tax cuts, an increase in Ohio’s sales tax and overhauls school funding. The measure also includes new, controversial abortion restrictions and leaves out the governor’s plan to expand Medicaid.
