BUCYRUS—Robert Toombs, 33, of Marion, was arraigned on new charges via video from the Crawford County Jail.

Toombs paid a $50,000.00 bond mere weeks ago after he was charged with three counts of drug trafficking. Two of the felonies are third-degree, each punishable with up to 36 months in prison, and one fourth-degree felony in drug trafficking punishable with up to 18 months in prison.

While on bond, Toombs was charged with intimidation for threatening a witness in his first case. Intimidation is a third-degree felony punishable with up to 36 months in prison.

Toombs was scheduled for a Pretrial on Monday and failed to appear. A warrant had to be issued for his arrest.

Crawford County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold revoked Toombs’s first bond and set the new bond at $250,000.00.

Toombs is represented by Bucyrus attorney Brian Gernert.
