A 35-year-old Galion man came up short of the finish line and instead of completing his probation wound up in prison.
Kevin Hensley appeared in Crawford County Common Pleas Court Tuesday and admitted he violated his probation by testing positive for oxycodone and opiates. Hensley was sentenced to three years of probation in 2012 following his conviction for fourth-degree felony drug possession involving heroin.
Judge Russell Wiseman revoked Hensley’s probation and sentenced to 16 months in prison. Hensley was given credit for 102 days of jail time and time in court-ordered in-patient programs.
