GALION—Weather permitting, the City of Galion has scheduled mosquito spraying operations. The spraying is set for Wednesday, Sept. 13, and Thursday, Sept. 14, 2023, targeting different halves of the city. The dividing line for this operation is Harding Way.
Spraying is slated to commence at 4:00 a.m. on both mornings. In light of this, residents are urged to take precautions, including closing windows and ensuring that children and pets remain indoors while the mosquito control operation is in progress.
The fog resulting from the spraying typically dissipates within approximately 30 minutes.
