MANSFIELD— Due to Jail restrictions there is just one fugitive on this week’s Most Wanted list from the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.
Rafael Martinez Jr.—38-years-old, 5-feet, 9-inches tall, 189 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Martinez is wanted for a parole violation, original charge of rape; sex offender registration violation; aggravated trafficking fentanyl F1. He has ties to Mansfield, Cleveland, and Kentucky.
