BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—What started as a simple way to treat her family has quickly turned into something more for Sabrina Pojman.
Living just outside the Wynford school district with her husband, Elijah, and their three children—Vanessa, Waylon, and Emmett—Sabrina began making cinnamon rolls at home. What started in her kitchen for her family soon grew into something others in the community could enjoy as well.
Each batch of cinnamon rolls is made from scratch, using farm-fresh eggs from the family’s flock of more than 30 chickens. That attention to detail, along with her love for baking, is what makes her rolls stand out.

Cinnabina offers a variety of flavors, with s’mores and caramel pecan among the most popular. Sabrina also enjoys trying new flavors and is open to creating custom options based on customer requests.
Customers can find Cinnabina cinnamon rolls at Spots Rolling Bean in Bucyrus on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. She also takes orders from home throughout the week, offering single rolls as well as four-count and six-count boxes. Catering and delivery are available for larger orders, and she is interested in catering events.

As demand continues to grow, Sabrina is also interested in expanding into additional stores in surrounding areas, bringing Cinnabina to even more customers in the community.
Support from the community has played a meaningful role as Cinnabina continues to grow. With positive feedback and encouragement, Sabrina looks forward to what’s ahead, with a long-term goal of opening her own shop once her children are in school full-time.

Orders can be placed through the Cinnabina Facebook page or by texting 567-333-0214. A 24-hour notice is typically requested for orders.
