CRAWFORD COUNTY, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—Graduation season is right around the corner across Crawford County as local school districts prepare to celebrate the Class of 2026.
Families, friends, teachers, and community members will gather throughout the weekend of May 16-17 to honor seniors as they close one chapter and begin the next.
Most Crawford County schools are scheduled to hold commencement ceremonies on Sunday, May 17, making for a busy but exciting weekend across the county.
Graduation dates currently scheduled include:
- Wynford Local Schools — Saturday, May 16, 2026
- Bucyrus City Schools — Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
- Galion City Schools — Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
- Crestline Exempted Village School District — Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
- Buckeye Central Local Schools — Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
- Colonel Crawford Local Schools — Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
For seniors, graduation marks the end of years filled with friendships, lessons, challenges, accomplishments, and memories that will last a lifetime. For parents and families, it is a moment filled with both pride and emotion as students prepare for whatever comes next.
The community is also invited to help celebrate the Class of 2026 by sharing photos of graduating seniors in the comments.
