BUCYRUS—A federal civil rights lawsuit of significant magnitude has been filed against multiple entities, including the Crawford County Commissioners, Job and Family Services, Bucyrus Police Department, and Mayor Reser, among others. This lawsuit has been formally submitted to the Eastern Division of the United States District Court for the Northern District. Initiated by a couple residing in Crawford County, the legal complaint raises concerning allegations against individuals affiliated with the Crawford County Job and Family Services. To preserve the confidentiality of the minor victims involved, the names of the primary plaintiffs have been redacted by Crawford County Now.
