The City of Bucyrus will hold a lottery for deer hunting by bow and arrow or crossbow at the four city reservoirs. Permits are issued in accordance with Bucyrus City Ordinance 919.05 and Ohio Hunting & Trapping Regulations. Five permits will be issued.
The city will also issue three trapping permits by lottery.
Those interested need to call the Mayor’s Office at 419-562-6767 extension 222 with their name, address and telephone number by 3 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 17 to be eligible. The drawing will be held on Friday, Sept. 18 at noon in Council Chambers of City Hall.
