8:26 a.m.-A vice complaint was investigated in the 900 block of West Perry Street.

9:58 a.m.-Officers responded to a person experiencing mental issues in the 900 block of East Warren Street.

10:14 a.m.-A semi-truck struck a low-hanging branch and sustained minor damage in the 200 block of East Rensselaer Street.

10:55 a.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in the 100 block of Songer Avenue.

12:00 p.m.-Officers assisted a female experiencing mental problems in the 300 block of East Rensselaer Street.

2:45 p.m.-Officers took a report of a hit-skip accident in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street.

2:51 p.m.-Officers made a pickup in the 1500 block of Fairview Avenue.

3:58 p.m.-A traffic citation was issued in the East Mary and North Walnut Street area. Thomas Vanscoder, 40, was arrested on a warrant. He was released to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

5:59 p.m.-A standby was conducted without incident in the 600 block of East Warren Street.

6:45 p.m.-Officers checked the 200 block of South Poplar Street following a loud noise complaint.

8:20 p.m.-Officers assisted Crawford County Sheriff’s deputies in the Waterford Glen area.

10:00 p.m.-Officers attempted to deliver a message in the 600 block of E Oakwood Ave.

1:40 a.m.-Officers assisted a citizen in the Prospect Street and East Southern Avenue area.

2:16 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle was investigated in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street.

8:41 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a stolen cell phone in the 400 block of West Warren Street.

10:00 a.m.-A parking citation was issued in the 300 block of South Spring Street for a 48-hour parking violation.

1:05 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at Circle K. One driver was issued a citation for driving under suspension.

3:07  p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 500 block of Failor Avenue.

5:33  p.m.-Officers investigated a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street.

5:47  p.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station reference about a larceny complaint.

6:21  p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the Ridge and Martin Avenue area.

7:38 p.m.-Officers performed a welfare check in the area of Bucyrus Plaza.

7:50 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office with delivering a message.

8:31 p.m.-Officers investigated a juvenile complaint in the 200 block of East Mansfield Street.

8:46 p.m.-Earnest Putnam III, 44, was arrested for a warrant out of the Richland County Sheriff’s Office. He was transferred to the custody of Richland County deputies.

9:01 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

9:25 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 200 block of Whetstone Street.

9:44 p.m.-Shena Belcher, 33, was arrested for trespassing at Kroger. She was released pending a court appearance.

2:29 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

7:20 a.m.-Officers assisted a person in finding license plates in the 200 block of West Rensselaer Street that were reported stolen out of Marion.

7:45 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of South Lane Street.

1:21 p.m.-A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was investigated at Lane and East Mansfield Streets.

1:32 p.m.-Officers checked the area of Emerson Street and North Sandusky Avenue after a report of a fight. No one was in the area upon officers’ arrival.

3:00  p.m.-Matt Ramsey, 35, was arrested in the 500 block of Failor Avenue for aggravated menacing. He was given a court date and released pending a court appearance.

4:09  p.m.-Yvonne Ramage, 29, was arrested in the 300 block of West Warren Street on a warrant out of Crawford County. She was given a court date and released.

4:23  p.m.-Stanley Paynter, 56, was arrested in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street on a warrant out of Crawford County. He was given a court date and released pending a court appearance.

5:00  p.m.-James Foster, 54, was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County in the area of Pinewood Apartments. He was given a court date and released pending a court appearance.

5:17  p.m.-Officers took a report of a private property accident in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.

6:52 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of East Mansfield Street.

7:30 p.m.-Officers made contact with a complainant in the 300 block of East Rensselaer Street.

7:39 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.

8:21 p.m.-Officers investigated a juvenile complaint in the 800 block of East Mansfield Street.

10:12 p.m.-Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 200 block of Bland Avenue.

10:13 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of Hopley Avenue.

10:33 p.m.-Officers assisted the Ohio State Patrol in the area of Tiffin and West Irving Streets.

2:03 a.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1200 block of Wheeler Avenue.

5:00 a.m.-Officers spoke to a man in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street regarding domestic issues.

5:54 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the Shelley Drive area.

12:59 p.m.-Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

2:36 p.m.-An individual came to the station to report a sex crime. It is still under investigation.

4:34 p.m.-Officers assisted with an animal call in the 1300 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

5:12 p.m.-Officers performed a welfare check in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

6:41 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of Failor Avenue.

8:00 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.

8:08 p.m.-Officers investigated a loud music complaint in the 100 block of Iron Street.
