8:13 a.m.- Officers assisted a man experiencing mental health issues.

8:56 a.m.- A resident in the 800 block of Wilbur Street reported medication missing from the home.

9:02 a.m.- Officers assisted a motorist whose vehicle was stuck on the railroad tracks behind the Crawford County Courthouse.

10:51 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of a domestic dispute in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street.

12:06 p.m.- Officers made a welfare check in the 900 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

12:13 p.m.- A disturbance in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue was an unruly patient at the hospital. Community Counseling was requested to assist with the individual.

12:23 p.m.- A two-vehicle injury accident report was taken at the intersection of Beal Avenue and Marion Road. Bloomfield towing removed one of the vehicles and a citation was issued.

12:48 p.m.- A two-vehicle accident report was taken at the intersection of Beal and Hopley Avenues.

2:34 p.m.- A suspicious person was reported in the area of Fairview and Lavina Avenues and the person was walking to a relative’s house.

3:35 p.m.- A private property accident report was taken in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue on the hospital lot.

3:52 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of an assault in the 100 block of Bruce Avenue.

5:50 p.m.- A theft report was taken at Kroger, 210 E. Mary St.

6:03 p.m.- A civil standby was requested in the 300 block of West Beal Avenue.

6:18 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 1200 block of Monnett Street.

7:11 p.m.- Officers checked on an animal left in a cold vehicle in the 900 block of Hopley Avenue and the owner was with the dog.

8:17 p.m.- A civil standby was requested in the 500 block of South East Street.

9:30 p.m.- Three income tax summons were served in the 170 block of Marion Road.

9:38 p.m.- Four income tax summons were served in the 1000 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

9:51 p.m.- Two income tax summons were served in the 1100 block of Teddy Avenue.

10:04 p.m.- Three income tax summons were served in the 100 block of South Spring Street.

10:13 p.m.- Four income tax summons were served in the 500 block of South Spring Street.

10:45 p.m.- Officers attempted to check the welfare of a resident in the 400 block of Charlotte Street.

11:48 p.m.- A reported suspicious vehicle in the 400 block of Charlotte Street was a pizza delivery.

1:20 a.m.- Officers initiated a traffic stop in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue. Driver Alex Sprague, 21, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence and his passenger, Jacob Chavatzas, 19, was arrested on a charge of underage consumption. They were both issued paperwork for court and released.

10:31 a.m.- Officers spoke with a person at the station regarding Operation Hope.

12:18 p.m.- A larceny report was taken in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

1:22 p.m.- Officers attempted to check the welfare of residents in the 600 block of South Walnut Street.

3:06 p.m.- A two-vehicle, non-injury crash was investigated in the 300 block of North Sandusky Avenue and the street department was requested for assistance clearing the road of debris.

3:59 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 800 block of South East Street.

4:39 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street.

5:09 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 300 block of Clinton Street regarding a domestic issue.

5:12 p.m.- Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department at a domestic dispute in the 1000 block of West Mansfield Street/County Road 330.

5:29 p.m.- Officers assisted Water Department personnel in the 100 block of Wallace Avenue.

8:14 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 200 block of East Mansfield Street.

9:41 p.m.- A domestic dispute was mediated in the 500 block of Jones Street.

9:50 p.m.- A Waterford Glen resident reported receiving harassing text messages.

10:35 p.m.- A report of an erratic driver in the South Sandusky Avenue area was investigated.

12:03 a.m.- A report of an assault at a bar on Washington Square is under investigation.

1:10 a.m.- Officers checked around a residence in the 1100 block of East Mansfield Street per the home owner’s request.

1:10 a.m.- Officers responded to a fight behind the Horseshoe Bar.

2:06 a.m.- An employee of the Wren’s Nest reported the doors to the business damaged.

2:36 a.m.- Officers assisted an Ohio State Trooper on a traffic stop on State Route 4.

2:57 a.m.- Officers assisted employees of a bar on Washington Square with patrons refusing to leave.

7:48 a.m.- Water Department personnel were notified of a possible water main break in the 200 block of Ethel Street.

10:21 a.m.- Officers spoke with a person at the station regarding an unruly juvenile.

11:43 a.m.- A report of a missing vehicle out of Michigan was investigated. The vehicle was located and the owner was notified.

12:03 p.m.- A report of someone trespassing in the 300 block of West Beal Avenue was unfounded.

2:11 p.m.- A report of a possible assault was investigated in the 300 block of East Charles Street.

3:32 p.m.- Lamar Young, 46, was arrested in the 200 block of South Lane Street on charges of domestic violence from a previous incident. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

3:36 p.m.- A domestic dispute was mediated in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street.

4:23 p.m.- Officers answered a shoplifting complaint and Warren Sparks, 58, was arrested in the 100 block of North Lane Street on theft charges. He was issued a summons to appear in court and released.

4:39 p.m.-  Officers spoke to a resident at the police department about telecommunications harassment.

6:13 p.m.- A two-vehicle, rear-end crash was investigated in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue and a citation was issued.

6:32 p.m.- A suspicious person was reported in the 800 block of West Mary Street.

6:52 p.m.- A juvenile complaint was investigated in the 400 block of West Mansfield Street.

7:23 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Wallace Avenue and it was a verbal domestic dispute.

8:03 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve an income tax summons in the 300 block of Clinton Street.

9:21 p.m.- Two income tax summons were served in the 400 block of East Warren Street.

4:32 a.m.- Officers assisted a female who had fallen on the ice in the 1500 block of Marion Road.
