1:12 p.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 100 block of East Center Street.

3:07 p.m.- A report of a juvenile throwing snowballs at passing vehicles was investigated in the 200 block of West Mary Street.

3:10 p.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Adams Drive was investigated.

4:54 p.m.- Officers spoke with a resident experiencing mental issues in the 1100 block of East Mansfield Street.

5:13 p.m.- An abandoned bicycle found in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue was brought to the police department.

5:25 p.m.- A two-vehicle, non-injury crash in the area of Sandusky and Beal Avenues was investigated and a citation was issued.

5:38 p.m.- A domestic disturbance was investigated in the 500 block of Failor Avenue and an individual was provided assistance by community counseling.

6:28 p.m.- A traffic citation was issued at Aumiller Park after officers responded to a report of a vehicle that had been doing donuts was stuck in the snow. The driver was found to have a suspended license.

6:51 p.m.- Officers checked on the welfare of a reportedly suicidal individual. The person was located in a vehicle on East Mansfield Street and was taken to the hospital for care.

7:02 p.m.- A 9-1-1 open line from the 600 block of South Poplar Street was investigated.

7:26 p.m.- A report of possible shots heard in the area of Charlotte Street was investigated.

7:44 p.m.- Officers spoke to a Bucyrus resident at the police department about possible drug activity in her neighborhood.

9:06 p.m.- Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint in the 800 block of High Street and Germaine Bluester, 40, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

9:18 p.m.- An alleged sex crime was reported and is under investigation.
