10:15 a.m.- Officers checked the 700 block of Rogers Street for a man possibly needing help. It was unfounded.
1:11 p.m.- A possible domestic dispute in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.
1:59 p.m.- A report of a semi-truck striking a road sign at the corner of Perry Street and Sandusky Avenue was taken.
2:47 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of a fight in the 400 block of Hopley Avenue and the matter had already dispersed.
3:12 p.m.- Officer assisted Life Support Team EMS in the 300 block of West Rensselaer Street.
3:25 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team EMS in the 100 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
4:40 p.m.- A report of a possible identity theft was made at the police department.
8:19 p.m.- Officers assisted the Ohio Investigative Unit in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.
9:07 p.m.- A juvenile complaint was investigated in the 100 block of Franklin Street and the juvenile was escorted to a family member.
9:32 p.m.- Officers assisted a person in finding a room for the night.
10:57 p.m.- Officers checked the area of the Friendship Bridge after receiving a call about a suspicious male walking in the area.
11:59 p.m.- Officers stopped a vehicle on South Sandusky Avenue on the south edge of town. The driver, Katie Alspach, 18, was issued a written traffic warning and arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Her passenger, Hailey Alspach, 19, was arrested on a charge of underage consumption. They were both issued paperwork for court and released.

2:59 a.m.- Officers and a K-9 unit assisted a State Trooper on a traffic stop on State Route 19.
12:51 p.m.- A report of a possibly impaired driver was investigated in the 1600 block of Marion Road.
1:53 p.m.- A report of a dog left in a cold vehicle in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.
3:54 p.m.- A report of harassing telephone calls was made at the police department.
4:41 p.m.- Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems.
5:42 p.m.- Michael Lawhun, 30, was arrested out of a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Marion Road on charges of possession of marijuana and cited for failure to obey traffic control devices. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.
6:07 p.m.- A theft report was taken in the 300 block of West Mansfield Street.
7:09 p.m.- Officers attempted to deliver a message for the Willard Police Department.
9:44 p.m.- Officers checked on a dog outside in the weather on Franklin Street.
11:10 p.m.- Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint in the 600 block of South Sandusky Avenue. Diane Kelbley, 48, was arrested for domestic violence. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a court appearance.

12:21 a.m.- A report of loud music in the 500 block of Ridge Avenue was investigated.
2:16 a.m.- A report of a suspicious person in the 200b block of Bland Avenue was investigated.
5:48 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person in the 800 block of Wilber Street was investigated.
8:57 a.m.- A disturbance in the 1900 block of Whetstone Street was investigated.
3:27 p.m.- Officers assisted the Crawford County Humane Society in the area of Woodbine Apartments where a dog was removed to the animal shelter.
3:36 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.
4:32 p.m.- A bicycle was reported stolen in the 200 block of Heritage Circle.
5:35 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support in the 1800 block of Marion Road.
6:05 p.m.- A report of people walking on ice at Pines Reservoir was investigated. They were gone when officers arrived.
6:31 p.m.- A hit-skip accident of a parked car on the Kroger lot was investigated in the 200 block of East Mary Street.
8:38 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support in the 1600 block of Colonial Drive.
9:02 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support in the 1600 block of Colonial Drive.
11:17 p.m.- A report of a water main break in the 900 block of Reid Street was investigated.

12:03 a.m.- A report of possible fireworks in the John Street area was investigated.
1:20 a.m.- Officers assisted an intoxicated male who had fallen in City Lot #3.
1:26 a.m.- Officers assisted a female experiencing mental issues in the East Mansfield Street area.
1:45 a.m.- Officers assisted a male with some family issues in the Heritage Circle area.
1:54 a.m.- Officers assisted EMS in the 200 block of West Mary Street.
2:24 a.m.- A report of a disorderly male at Bucyrus Community Hospital was received. The male had left before officers could arrive.
2:25 a.m.- Officers responded to a fight in City Lot 3 behind the bars. Brandon Goddard, 32, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct. Dakota Moore, 18, was arrested on a charge of underage consumption. They were each issued their paperwork for court and released to sober adults. No one wished to pursue charges from the fight.
3:36 a.m.- Officers assisted a male with emotional issues at Woodbine Apartments.
12:24 p.m.- Officers notified city’s water department personnel of a water main break in the Woodlawn and Russell Avenue area.
2:18 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of a hit-skip accident in the 400 block of Martin Avenue.
3:05 p.m.- Officers are investigating a suspected overdose on Sears Street.
6:55 p.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 800 block of Prospect Street.
6:57 p.m.- Officers assisted EMS personnel with a medical emergency at Waterford Glen.
7:20 p.m.- Officers checked on a noise complaint from the 600 block of South Walnut Street.
8:03 p.m.- A 9-1-1 open line was investigated in the 1700 block of Marion Road. A child had gotten ahold of the phone and accidentally called.
8:40 p.m.- A resident in the 600 block of Hopley Avenue reported money stolen from her residence while she was away.
10:39 p.m.- Officers checked around a residence in the 800 block of Wilbur Street after the resident thought she saw someone outside.
