9:40 p.m.-Zachary Spiegel, 35, was arrested in the area of Pinewood Court for domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center pending a court appearance.

11:25 p.m.-Officers spoke with a resident about a civil issue in the 100 block of Emerson Street.
