COLUMBUS―Ohio Department of Development Director Lydia Mihalik will join officials with the city of Bucyrus and Crawford County to announce a recent Water & Wastewater Infrastructure Grant program award and learn more about how the project will impact the community.

On July 21, Governor Mike DeWine, Lt. Governor Jon Husted, and Director Mihalik announced the city of Bucyrus would receive a $1.2 million grant to install water service connections on new waterline projects outside city limits within Crawford County. The project, which will impact 250 people, was one of 90 projects to receive funding in the fifth round of the Water & Wastewater Infrastructure Grant program.
