The Lions District 13-B peace poster contest judging was done in Bucyrus this year by Crawford County Arts Council members Bob and Sandy Laipply.  Holding the winning poster is Lions District 13-B Governor Jeff Hillis.  The winning poster was submitted by the Oak Harbor Lions Club and depicts the current theme of “peace, love and understanding.”  Bucyrus Lions President Terry Spiegel arranged a place for the judging and District Peace Poster Chairman Jim Pickering of Bellevue is submitting the winning poster for judging at the state contest.  The winning poster there will go on for competition in the Lions International contest.
