CRESTLINE―Three people were arrested Tuesday after Crestline Police officers, along with the Crawford County Special Response Team and METRICH, served search warrants at two Crestline residences.

According to Police Chief Jeff Shook, houses at 763 County Line Road and 209 Newton St., were searched by law enforcement as part of ongoing drug-related investigations.

Between the two residences, the three people arrested were Ivy Reedy, 26, Lucas Conn, 39, and 26-year-old Curtis Newcome. The investigations are ongoing by Crestline Police and will be reviewed for additional charges by the Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office.

Shook said he is grateful to Crawford County Sheriff Scott Kent, Bucyrus Police Chief Dave Koepke, Galion Police Chief Brian Saterfield, the METRICH Drug Task Force and all of their staff’s corroboration, cooperation and unity in these types of cases.

Shook also said local law enforcement is dependent on the assistance of citizens in gathering information to make the community safe.

“Should anyone have information regarding illegal activities taking place in our village, we would ask that you share that information with our officers or our office,” Shook said.
