1:19 p.m.-Officers investigated a private property accident in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

2:28 p.m.-An East Warren Street resident requested assistance with an animal stuck beneath her porch.

2:43 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a trespasser in the 400 block of Myers Street.

2:47 p.m.-A South Spring Street resident was warned regarding loud noise.

3:21 p.m.-A motorist was issued a written warning for speed in the area of Hopley Avenue and East Street.

3:59 p.m.-Officers assisted Crawford County Job and Family Services in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

4:47 p.m.-A report of a female experiencing mental issues in the area of Warren Street was investigated.  The female was not located.

5:16 p.m.-Amber Clinard, 34, was arrested in the 200 block of South Lane Street on a warrant out of Crawford County.  She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

5:38 p.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station regarding custody issues.

6:55 p.m.-A report of people screaming in the 500 block of South Spring Street was investigated.

6:57 p.m.-Officers responded to an alarm in the 1300 block of Shelly Drive.

7:14 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS with an intoxicated male in the 500 block of South Spring Street.

7:34 p.m.-A report of a juvenile male beating drums in the 400 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

7:52 p.m.-A report of a suspicious male in the 200 block of Hopley Avenue was investigated.

8:00 p.m.-A report of a dog bite in the 800 block of East Irving Street was investigated.

9:27 p.m.-Officers conducted a welfare check in the 200 block of Ethel Street.

9:41 p.m.-Officers conducted a welfare check in the 200 block of Songer Avenue.

10:24 p.m.-Officers assisted parents with an unruly juvenile in the 500 block of South Walnut Street.

1:53 a.m.-A Grandview Drive resident reported someone hitting the side of his home. Officers checked the area and did not locate anyone.
