6:59 a.m.-Andrew McKinney, 24, Mansfield, was issued a citation for speeding and driving with an expired license. Cynthia Ciavarella, 23, Mansfield, was issued a citation for wrongful entrustment.

7:52 a.m.-Samantha Jacobs, 20, Mansfield, was issued a citation for speeding in a school one.

10:56 a.m.-Robert Heefner, 34, Crestline, was arrested for obstructing official business.

11:53 a.m.-Jesse Isaacs, 30, Crestline, was arrested for felony theft. Other felony and misdemeanor charges are pending.

7:53 a.m.-A report of domestic violence was investigated in the 100 block of East Thrush Avenue.

7:53 p.m.-Dustin L. Javens, 33, Bucyrus, was arrested for assault, operating a vehicle under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to comply with the lawful order of a police officer. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

11:24 p.m.-A report of loud music was investigated in the 700 block of Westgate Drive.
