8:21 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 1400 block of Harding Way East.
9:15 a.m.-A parking violation was issued on Orange Street.
9:31 a.m.-A parking violation was issued on North Liberty Street.
10:27 a.m.-A report of someone dumping items at the Goodwill store was investigated. It will be added to a previous report as the same truck was involved as the last incident.
4:28 p.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 100 block of Seventh Avenue.
8:54 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle was investigated in the 400 block of West Railroad Street. The driver was waiting for a friend who was in a nearby house.
9:29 p.m.-A jail release notification was given to a resident in the 30 block of Oak Street.
10:31 p.m.-Theodore Britt was arrested on a warrant in the 400 block of Libby Lane.
10:35 a.m.-An Ohio 309 resident reported a juvenile received a threat from another juvenile.
