10:43 a.m.-David E. Brown was issued a citation for driving under suspension on East Church Street.
10:47 a.m.-A report of someone laying by the railroad tracks on Harding Way East was investigated. No one was located in the area.
11:24 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS with a person that was having difficulty breathing in the Harding Way East area.
3:32 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 7700 block of Ohio 309. One person was issued a citation assured clear distance ahead.
5:10 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted on a family in the 300 block of Third Avenue. Everything was found to be fine.
5:13 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver on North Market Street was investigated. The driver said they were okay, just fatigued.
5:42 p.m.-Johnathan Morrison was issued a date for a court appearance in the 100 block of East Street.
5:52 p.m.-A resident in the Myrtle Alley area reported being threatened by someone they know.
7:49 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile in the 300 block of Harding Way East was investigated.
8:56 p.m.-A leak at the city water tower on Dawsett Avenue was investigated and reported to the water department for repairs.
9:49 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 800 block of Harding Way East.
10:53 p.m.-A Fortney Avenue resident reported a possible scam.
