7:07 a.m.-A domestic disturbance in the 200 block of West Rensselaer Street was investigated.
8:00 a.m.-A disturbance in the 200 block of South Poplar Street was a person attempting to deposit trash into a dumpster that did not belong to them.
9:03 a.m.-A disturbance at Crossroads Boulevard was investigated.
9:39 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person looking into cars and garages in the 300 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated.
10:46 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person prowling around parked cars in the 500 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated.
11:03 a.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a person in the 600 block of West Mansfield Street.
11:27 a.m.-Officers investigated a domestic complaint in the 1000 block of Hopley Avenue. Crawford County Court adult probation assisted and Michael Knetter, 42, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
12:22 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle at Harmon Field was investigated.
12:41 p.m.-Officers responded to a complaint of a person looking into parked vehicles in the 200 block of West Charles Street and the South Poplar Street area. Amanda Johnson, 34, was arrested on a charge of persistent disorderly conduct. She was issued a summons to appear in court and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for bond.
1:23 p.m.-A private property accident at Pines Reservoir parking lot near county road 330 was investigated. The motorist struck a tree and a tow truck removed her vehicle.
1:55 p.m.-A resident in the 300 block of Iron Street reported being assaulted by someone he knows.
2:34 p.m.-A resident in the 1500 block of Linwood Drive reported items stolen from his vehicle overnight.
2:57 p.m.-A disturbance in the 500 block of Failor Street was a dispute within the trailer park about a resident urinating outside by the dumpster in the trailer court.
3:49 p.m.-A disturbance in an alley in the 800 block of Sherman Street was investigated and it was a dispute between pedestrians and a motorist.
4:12 p.m.-A report of theft by deception by making charges on an account without permission was made by a property manager in the 400 block of West Mansfield Street.
4:38 p.m.-A two-vehicle accident in the area of Beal Avenue and Whetstone Street was non-injury between a Ford Edge and a Chevy Cruze. One of the drivers was issued a citation.
4:39 p.m.-A Bucyrus resident came to the police department to report receiving threatening text messages.
5:17 p.m.-Officers spoke to a person at UDF about a civil property issue.
5:34 p.m.-Officers assisted the US Marshall Service locating William Ball Jr., 48, in the 200 block of East Irving Street. He was arrested on a Richland County warrant. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to await transport to Richland County.
6:00 p.m.-A report of kids playing in the roadway in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated. They were located on Lawn Avenue and counseled by the officer.
6:13 p.m.-A report of a child in the roadway in the 300 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated. The family was outside for a cookout when the toddler ran off.
6:24 p.m.-Officers responded to the 1700 block of Marion Road with the Crawford County Dog Warden about a dog attempting to attack a child in the area. One owner took a dog away from the area and the dog warden is investigating further.
7:02 p.m.-Officers went to the 1500 block of Marion Road for a warrant for a pick-up order from Crawford County Juvenile Court for violation of house arrest. Officers were advised by a complainant of other allegations and threats involving the juvenile and the Crawford County Special Response Team, with officers of Bucyrus and Galion Police Departments and the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office. Medics of the Bucyrus and Galion Fire Departments were also requested and responded to the location. Assistance was also requested from Portsmouth EMS and the Bucyrus Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The Bucyrus Street Department set up barricades to divert traffic. The complainant was treated at Bucyrus Hospital for minor injuries and at 9:41 p.m., a 15-year-old juvenile was arrested for abduction, aggravated menacing, burglary and felonious assault. He was taken to the Seneca County Juvenile Detention Center to be held for an appearance in Juvenile Court.
7:07 p.m.-A report of a female trespassing at the Crazy Fox Bar was investigated.
7:31 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS in the 600 block of East Oakwood Avenue.
8:28 p.m.-Officers responded to an unruly juvenile complaint in the 300 block of East Irving Street. A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested for domestic violence. He was taken to the Seneca County Juvenile Detention Center to be held for an appearance in Juvenile Court.
8:38 p.m.-A burglary in the 900 block of Maple Street is under investigation.
9:46 p.m.-Officers assisted two residents in the 1100 block of East Mansfield Street with some issues she was having.
10:16 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the 300 block of East Lucas Street.
11:37 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance of a patron harassing a clerk at Speedway Gas Station.
