If Monday’s morning session of Common Pleas Court was any indication, drugs are still a serious problem in Crawford County. Thirteen people were arraigned and pleaded not guilty – 10 of them to drug-related charges.

Four of those arraigned had bond set at $250,000 each.

They were David Easterday on a felony 5 charge of possession of oxycodone; Tyler Arnold on charges of felony 2 drug trafficking and felony 3 possession of drugs; Kellie Redd on charges of felony 3 drug trafficking and felony 3 possession of drugs; and Harold Tackett III on a felony 1 charge of possession of synthetic drugs.

Others arraigned were: Bryan Nickelson, felony 5 possession of heroin (personal recognizance); Philip Tesso Jr,, felony 3 theft of a firearm ($75,000); Terry Chatman, felony 5 possession of cocaine (personal recognizance); Kyle Balwin, felony 4 possession of heroin ($50,000); Jerry Brown, felony 5 possession of drugs ($10,000); Joseph Grasley, felony 5 receiving stolen property ($25,000); Thomas Woogerd, felony 4 theft ($15,000); Stephanie Arbogast, felony 5 possession of heroin (personal recognizance); and Justin Ferguson, possession of oxycodone (personal recognizance).
