8:14 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of a mailbox damaged by a vehicle in the 1000 block of Nevada Road.
8:22 a.m.- Officers investigated the vandalism to a vehicle in the 500 block of Prospect Street.
9:40 a.m.- Officers spoke to a gentleman on station about a scam letter he received.
10:10 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 100 block of West Kilbourne Street.
10:34 a.m.- Officers assisted a gentleman at the car wash at Hy-Miler. The doors ended up being stuck and wouldn’t open.
11:44 a.m.- Officers attempted to deliver a message in the 700 block of Hill Street.
11:53 a.m.- Officers spoke to a woman at the police department about messages she was getting on her phone.
12:54 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 600 block of Hopley Avenue.
2:22 p.m.- A two-vehicle accident in the 500 block of S. Sandusky Avenue was investigated.
3:28 p.m.- Officers assisted a person at the police department who needed to be fingerprinted for employment.
3:59 p.m.- A report of a sex crime was received and is under investigation.
4:20 p.m.- Prescription medications found in the lobby at the Bucyrus Public Library were turned over to officers. The owner came back to retrieve their bag while officers were still there. The medications were returned to them.
5:04 p.m.- Seth Horsley, 24, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
5:11 p.m.- Rex Rigney, 55, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct. He was issued paperwork to appear in court and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held.
8:24 p.m.- A resident in the 1100 block of John Street reported items stolen from her residence.

1:10 a.m.- Officers checked an open car door in the 100 block of Iron Street.
1:42 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 100 block of Washington Square.
4:38 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of an intoxicated man that wouldn’t leave the area in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.
7:25 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of vandalism in the 500 block of East Oakwood Avenue.
11:24 a.m.- Kroger employees reported a man shoplifting meat. The man was not located and the matter is under investigation.
11:29 a.m.- Officers picked up two syringes in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
1:38 p.m.- Officers investigated a disturbance in the 500 block of East Charles Street.
3:07 p.m.- A resident in the 500 block of Prospect Street found further damage from a vandalism complaint she had made yesterday.
3:47 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.
3:48 p.m.- A 9-1-1 hang-up call from the area of Mansfield and Spring Street was investigated.
4:33 p.m.- Officers checked on a disabled vehicle on the side of Marion Road.
6:09 p.m.- Officers responded with EMS to the 800 block of Sherman Street and a person was transported for care.
6:24 p.m.- A hit-skip accident in the 500 block of Kaler Avenue is under investigation where a parked red Silverado truck was sideswiped.
7:43 p.m.- Officers checked on a disabled vehicle in the area of East Mary and East Mansfield Streets.
8:33 p.m.- A resident came to the police department to speak to an officer about a civil employment issue.
9:00 p.m.- James Banks, Jr., 42, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct by intoxication. He was issued paperwork for court and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.
9:03 p.m.- Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle on Fairgrounds Road.
9:30 p.m.- Officers responded with EMS personnel to the 1500 block of Woodland Drive.
9:55 p.m.- Officers investigated a 9-1-1 hang-up call from the 100 block of Wallace Avenue.

1:01 a.m.- Officers assisted the State Patrol in the 100 block of West Perry Street in locating a person to deliver a message about a vehicle.
1:22 a.m.- Officers stopped two vehicles in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue. Zachary Brammer, 23, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for bond or court. A warning for wrong way on a one way was issued to the driver of the second vehicle.
2:16 a.m.- Officers assisted the State Patrol in delivering a message in the 400 block of East Warren Street.
2:26 a.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a motorist asleep in his vehicle at Hardees.
10:37 a.m.- A report of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the 1000 block of Tiffin Street was taken.
11:10 a.m.- A resident in the 400 block of West Rensselaer Street reported the theft of an aluminum tub.
11:25 a.m.- A report of a domestic dispute was investigated in the 100 block of East Liberty Street.
11:50 a.m.- Officers checked the area of High and Dudley Streets for a young man driving a lawnmower in the area.
12:17 p.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a man in the Woodbine Apartment area.
12:32 p.m.- Officers did a civil standby in the 100 block of Wallace Avenue.
12:43 p.m.- A resident in the 600 block of South Sandusky Avenue reported her vehicle vandalized.
3:37 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 700 block South Walnut Street was a person that revved an engine.
4:14 p.m.- A resident in the 700 block of South East Street reported a license plate, # HCX9803, stolen from their vehicle.
4:21 p.m.- Officers checked a report of an injured animal in the 400 block of South Sandusky Avenue. It was a dead pigeon.
4:24 p.m.- Officers checked on a report of two intoxicated male pedestrians stumbling in the roadway and one with an open container. Robert Gallant, 40, and Richard Adams, 42, were arrested in the 100 block of East Charles Street. Gallant was arrested on Marion and Crawford County warrants and was released to Marion County Deputies and given a court date to appear for the Crawford County warrant. Adams was arrested on charges of open container and disorderly conduct by intoxication. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for bond and issued a court date.
4:35 p.m.- A report of a dog biting a child was made in the 1100 block of Monnett Street and a quarantine notice was issued to the dog owner.
5:25 p.m.- A report of an unruly juvenile was made in the 1300 block of Willard Street.
5:37 p.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle was made in the 1000 block of Lavina Avenue and it was a resident in that area.
6:01 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support in the area of Waterford Glen.
6:02 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of an intoxicated person in the 300 block of Songer Avenue and the person was escorted to his residence.
6:45 p.m.- Officers spoke to a Charlotte Street resident about a civil matter.
7:18 p.m.- A theft report was made at the police department.
9:30 p.m.- Shane Ledbetter, 45, was arrested in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street on a Logan County warrant. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for extradition.
