7:09 a.m.- A report of a stolen vehicle located in Bucyrus was unfounded.

7:30 a.m.- An East Mansfield Street resident reported her 18-year-old daughter missing overnight. She returned home a short time later.

8:40 a.m.- A Whetstone Street resident reported her home broken into early this morning. Officers are investigating.

10:18 a.m.- Officers assisted the Richland County Sheriff’s Office in the 1400 block of Whetstone Street.

10:48 a.m.- A bike that was found in the 300 block of South Poplar Street was brought to the station.

11:55 a.m.- Two summons for failure to file city income taxes were served at the station.

12:07 p.m.- Officers assisted Crawford County Job and Family Services personnel in the 500 block of Failor Avenue.

1:09 p.m.- Officers attempted to make a welfare check in the 300 block of West Warren Street.

1:11 p.m.- A Heritage Circle resident requested an officer speak with her unruly daughter.

1:22 p.m.- A person came to the station to speak with an officer regarding a prior case.

1:43 p.m.- Kara L Burns, 27, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. She was taken to the Crawford County Jail to be held pending a court appearance.

1:58 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team EMS in the 300 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

2:31 p.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1500 block of West Southern Avenue was investigated.

2:35 p.m.- A Hopley Avenue resident reported her vehicle vandalized sometime in the past couple of days.

2:41 p.m.- A verbal warning for red light violation was issued in the 200 block of East Warren Street.

3:13 p.m.- Officers assisted the Sewer Department in the 300 block of South Spring Street.

4:05 p.m.- A theft report was taken at the police department.

4:30 p.m.-  A report of a person experiencing mental problems was made at the police department.

4:43 p.m.-  A report of a disabled vehicle was made in the area of Plymouth and Lane Streets.

4:52 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 400 block of Heritage Circle.

5:20 p.m.-  An animal complaint was taken in the 100 block of Heritage Circle.

6:02 p.m.- Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems.

6:44 p.m.- Officers investigated a 911 hang up call in the 900 block of Prospect Street.

6:58 p.m.- A suspicious person was reported in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.

7:16 p.m.- A theft report was taken in the 500 block of West Southern Avenue.

8:49 p.m.- Officers attempted to located a person with a warrant in the Heritage Circle area.

9:21 p.m.- Cynthia Messmer, 28, and Brandon Kitzmiller, 30, were arrested for domestic violence. They were taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a court appearance.

10:55 p.m.- A report of two suspicious vehicles in the 200 block of East Warren Street was investigated.

1:03 a.m.- Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 400 block of North Walnut Street.

1:42 a.m.- Officers on patrol checked on a suspicious vehicle parked in the 300 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

6:24 a.m.- A report of a shoplifting from Walmart is under investigation.
