The Wynford FFA Chapter traveled to the 89th annual Ohio FFA Convention May 4th-5th, fourteen members were in attendance. The chapter participated in Ohio Fights Hunger by packaging food for those in need.
Wynford was awarded for money donations to both Ohio FFA camp and the CWS/Crop donations. Our chapter is very proud of all the hardwork and dedication by the members recognized this year. Luke Scott and Ethan Stuckey took 1st and 2nd place in the state diversified crop proficiency. Luke Scott was also 2nd in Agricultural services. Deidra Taylor won her proficiency area in small animal production and care. Ethan Stuckey placed 2nd place in both vegetable and fruit production. Aaron Hand placed top ten in the state in the FFA talent and performed Friday at the talent show. Kenzie Kent, Hannah White, and Brooklyn Gebhardt played in the State FFA band. Lastly, Jack Reed was awarded with his State FFA degree. Congratulations to all the recipients.
