A Bucyrus man appearing in Common Pleas Court for violating the terms of his community control looked as defeated as he sounded Monday morning.

Thirty-one-year-old Jamie Hall told Judge Russell Wiseman he didn’t want to bother with an attorney and just wanted to get everything over with. Hall admitted he tested positive for marijuana, cocaine and opiates as well as failed to report to his probation officer.

Wiseman took the recommendation of Adult Parole Authority officer Ken Dyer and sentenced Hall to six months in prison after revoking his community control. Hall was on community control for a 2012 conviction for receiving stolen property.

Wiseman dismissed an additional probation violation charge for being charged as an accessory to theft of clothing at Wal-Mart in Ontario.
