Please note that all lunches are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be eaten on site. Program menus will be posted at each site and on the Food Services webpage at www.galionschools.org.

“This summer program is designed to provide nutritious meals to kids during the summer months when school meals are not available.,” Food Service Supervisor Jacki Corona said. “The Galion City School District Board of Education and administration feel it is important for the school food service department to provide the meals for the summer program, ensuring all meals served will follow safety and government standards for nutrition. It is our pleasure to partner with many local volunteers who share our passion for feeding kids.”

Volunteers from Galion churches and other organizations will be assisting by distributing the meals. The City of Galion Mayor’s Office has coordinated with local churches in Galion to provide meals at the same locations from August 5 through August 24.

No meals will be served July 4 to allow staff and volunteers to enjoy the holiday with their families. For more information, please contact Jacki Corona at 419-468-6500.
