Crawford College Connection held its 16th annual scholarship awards reception on Sunday, May 15. Honored were fourteen local seniors from Bucyrus, Colonel Crawford, and Wynford high schools, who received nearly $15,000 in scholarships.
Scholarship recipients were: Mackenzie Whitmore (Bucyrus), Antonia Ziegler (Bucyrus), Ashley Keener (Bucyrus), Jennifer Brown (Wynford), Claire Miller (Bucyrus), Alexis Phonchone (Wynford), Michaela Lloyd (Wynford), Timothy Fernandez (Colonel Crawford), Sarah Wingert (Colonel Crawford), Hannah Gulley (Bucyrus), Steven Ryan Peters (Colonel Crawford), Brandon Long (Colonel Crawford), Kaleigh Swalley (Wynford), and Aryn Copeland (Wynford).
Crawford College Connection is a not-for-profit college access program that has awarded $180,000 to area students since 2001.
