The Lady Bucks entertained Bellevue on Wednesday and went down to defeat by a score of 188-205. Buckeye Central’s Lydia Shealy was match medalist, firing a girls school record 42. Other scores were Megan McGinnis-53, Ashlee Stander-54, and Alli Biglin-56. The Buckettes’ record now stands at 13-4 on the season.

The team went on the road earlier in the week on Monday and Tuesday and brought home two victories and one defeat. A tri-match with Shelby and Danbury on Monday resulted in a split; a loss to Shelby, 189-211, and a victory over Danbury 211-218. Lydia Shealy was the low scorer for the Lady Bucks with a 44. Other scorers were Megan McGinnis-54, Tori Thimmes-56, and Alli Biglin-57. Match medalist was Shelby’s Alexis Jones with a 40.

Tuesday’s match at Galion produced a win for Buckeye Central by a score of 213-241. Match medalist was Lydia Shealy, firing a 48. Rounding out the scoring were Megan McGinnis-53, Alli Biglin-54, and Tori Thimmes-58. Low scorer for the Tigers was Greer Gledhill with a 58.

The boys golf team defeated Upper Sandusky at Lincoln Hills Golf Course Tuesday with a score of 180-182. Tanner Zaebst was the medalist with a 40.
