SHELBY, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—Pioneer Career & Technology Center is proud to announce Mallory Lash as the recipient of the honorary Distinguished Alumni Award. This award honors alumni who have been positive role models, excelled at Pioneer, and continue to make meaningful impacts in their communities.
Mallory Lash, a 2008 graduate of Crestline High School, completed the Criminal Justice program at Pioneer. During her time at Pioneer, Lash received the Junior Citizenship Award, Award of Merit, and Quality Performance Award, reflecting her dedication and character. After graduation, she pursued a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and served in the Air National Guard. Her commitment to service led her to Afghanistan, where she worked with security forces.
Lash’s heroic actions as a School Resource Officer (SRO) have been recognized by the school board, the city, and the Ohio House of Representatives, further highlighting her courage and leadership in the community. She is currently serving as a police officer with the Pickerington Police Department, continuing her lifelong commitment to public service.
