SHILOH, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Shiloh-Cass-Blooming Grove Firefighters Association Inc. is excited to announce the 58th Annual Fireman’s Ox Roast, set to take place on July 26 and 27, 2024. The event, a staple in the community, will be held at the fire station on Delaware Street.

The two-day event will feature 10,000 lbs. of beef, with bulk sales of meat, baked beans, and potato salad available. Hot dogs, baked beans, potato salad, cake and pie will be served from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Friday and from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturday. Other food vendors will also be present.

The event will feature a garden tractor pull at 6:30 PM on Friday. On Saturday, children aged 3-8 can participate in a pedal tractor pull starting at 11:00 AM.

Adding to the excitement, there will be a fireworks display on Friday at dark. Live music will be provided on both Friday and Saturday nights, with “Van Waylon” performing from 8-11 PM on Friday and “Sourmash” taking the stage during the same time slot on Saturday.

All sales are cash/check, and all shows are free admission. A parade will also take place on Saturday at 4:00 PM.
