The Best “Wurst” Bike Ride is coming soon, Saturday, August 17, 2013. Registrations are now being accepted. Registration before August 2, 2013 is $15 per rider after this date and the day of the ride the fee is $20. Commemorative T-Shirts maybe ordered before August 2.
Registration Forms are available at the BTVB Office; printed from our website www.bucyrus.org or if you phone the BTVB Office forms will be mailed to you. Forms are also available on Facebook.
The Best “Wurst” Bicycle Ride is rated one of the top rides in Ohio. Registration on the day of the ride will be at the Crawford County Fairgrounds –in the Farm Museum beginning at 7 a.m. Registration is from 7-9 a.m. with all riders back to the Museum by 4:00 p.m. Pancakes will be served at the Registration Area for all riders and there are many food, water, rest stops along each route. Riders may choose from the 100 mile; 65 mile; 32 mile; or the 12 mile family ride. Approved helmets must be worn at all times by all riders. At the conclusion of the ride there will be a massage therapist available; showers to freshen up before attending the festival or the ride home also homemade ice cream is served to all the riders from the Farm Museum Ice Cream Trailer.
This is a great ride through Crawford County including the Crestline, New Washington, Holmes Twp. and Mt. Zion Areas. Register now to take part in the Best “Wurst” Bike Ride on Saturday, August 17 starting at 7 a.m. If you have any questions phone the BTVB Office at 419-562-0720.
Tickets are on sale now for the 2013 Bike Giveaway at the BTVB Office. The Bicycle in the value of $420 is being donated by the Spokes Bike Shop in Marion, Ohio. A Bike like you can win is now on display in the BTVB window at 301 South Sandusky Avenue; Bucyrus. Drawing for the Bike is 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 17 just after the parade. Get your tickets now from any BTVB Board Member or at the BTVB Office. You need not be present to win.
