BUCYRUS—The critically-acclaimed, award-winning THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL, declared “BRILLIANT!” by The New York Times, will make its Crawford County premiere at the Wynford Community Center at 7:30 p.m. on August 12 and 13, and at 2:30 p.m. on August 14 presented by the Crawford Theatre Company.
“SpongeBob and his friends spring from television to the stage in a Broadway blockbuster event featuring original music from superstars transcending genre and audience,” said Betsy Gerhart, Director for Crawford Theatre Company. “Appealing to any age, alongside its message of inclusivity, this show is the perfect choice to bring family and friends.”
The cast includes Jim Kitzler as Eugene H. Krabs, Jeremy Barr as Patrick Starr, Bailey Dixon as Sandy Cheeks, Matthew Feck as Sheldon J. Plankton, Marlie Hosey as Spongebob Squarepants, Aaron Dixon as Squidward Q. Tentacles, Casey Yonts as Karen the Computer, Martha Tidball as Mayor of Bikini Bottom, Parker French as Larry the Lobster, Lesley Loose as Mrs. Puff, Brock Saam as Perch Perkins, Alexandria French as Pearl Krabs, Randy Mann as Patchy the Pirate, Jim Messenger as French Narrator, Emily Downing and Madison Watkins as the Electric Skates, Dave Jones as Foley Artist, with Lanie French, Brynn Dixon, Alexander Feck, Dustin Feck, Leach Jones, Avalynn Rawson, Kaden Sweeney as Sea Creatures. The production is directed by Betsy Gerhart with music direction by Eden Spradlein.
