The Crawford County General Health District will be holding a drive-thru flu clinic from 4 – 6 p.m. on Oct. 1 and Oct. 22.
The drive-thru will be held at the Health Department, located at 1520 Isaac Beal Rd., Bucyrus. No appointment is necessary and anyone wishing to receive a flu shot can remain in their car during the process. Appointments can also be made during regular clinic hours.
The Health District can bill Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurance carriers. Otherwise, the cost is $30.
According to the Health District, getting a flu shot is the best way to protect yourself, your family, and others from the seasonal flu. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends anyone age six months of age or older to get a seasonal flu vaccine.
