GALIONꟷA man was arrested in the 200 block of Gelsanliter Road when officers assisted the Richland County Sheriff’s Office with an unauthorized use of a vehicle incident.
At 5:46 p.m. on Tuesday, officers located the vehicle and it was returned to the owner. Amanda McQuillen was issued a Richland County summons.
Adam R. Rox was arrested for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, counterfeiting and possession of drug abuse instruments.

12:44 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle at Circle K was investigated.
2:50 a.m.-A report of a disturbance was investigated in the 300 block of Fifth Avenue.
10:09 a.m.-A report of an unwanted person at a room at the Rainbow Motel was investigated. The person left with no problems.
11:55 a.m.-Officers assisted Children Services and Humane Society personnel in the 400 block of South Boston Street.
3:07 p.m.-A person reported medication stolen from their vehicle while at Cobey Park or another place in Mansfield.
10:33 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 600 block of South Boston Street was investigated. Diego J. Gonzalez was issued a court date on a warrant for failure to appear.
11:02 p.m.-Danielle Ratliff was cited for driving under suspension in the 300 block of Hensley Avenue. She was also issued a warning for possession of marijuana and marijuana drug paraphernalia.
