BUCYRUS―A Bucyrus man was arrested for possession of drug abuse instruments and is accused of stealing a vehicle.

At 3:00 p.m. on Friday, Bucyrus Police officers assisted the Ohio State Patrol when they located a stolen car and the driver ran away.

Officers located the driver in the 200 block of South Lane Street and Simon Singer, 32, was arrested and issued a summons to appear in court on the possession charge. He was then turned over to troopers from the Ohio State Patrol for their investigation into the stolen vehicle.

11:37 a.m.-Officers stood by for Children Services personnel in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street.

11:48 a.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 700 block of Ann Street.

12:50 p.m.-Officers assisted with traffic for the Ohio State patrol at an injury accident on Hopley Avenue at Beal Avenue.

1:22 p.m.-A report of a stolen vehicle, a black 2011 Chevy Camaro, was taken from the 1200 block of North Sandusky Avenue.  The vehicle was later stopped by Ohio State Patrol and returned to the owner.

1:34 p.m.-Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 900 block of West Perry Street.

3:18 p.m.- Ashley Holmes was arrested in the 900 block of West Perry Street on charges of operating a vehicle under the influence and child endangerment.  She was released pending a court appearance.

4:23 p.m.- A report of a small child unattended in the 500 of East Charles Street was investigated.

4:40 p.m.- A parking citation was issued in the 400 block of Hopley Avenue.

4:44 p.m.- A two-vehicle accident in the area of South Sandusky Avenue and Rensselaer Street was investigated.

4:45 p.m.- A traffic citation was issued in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue for driving the wrong way on a one-way street and parking on a sidewalk, driving over a sidewalk. The people reeked of marijuana.

4:48 p.m.- Officers assisted Crawford County Children’s Services in the 400 block of West Warren Street.

5:29 p.m.- A report of a disturbance was investigated in the 300 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

6:03 p.m.-Zackery Stanley, 35, was arrested in the 1700 block of Marion Road on a Crawford County warrant and charges of possession of drugs. He is being held at Crawford County Justice Center.

6:12 p.m.- A civil stand-by was requested in the 200 block of Bland Avenue.

6:44 p.m.- A report of subjects trespassing in the 800 block of Woodlawn Avenue was investigated.

6:46 p.m.-Officers took a traffic report in the 100 block of Stetzer Road South.

7:04 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the 900 block of Hopley Avenue.

7:45 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the 600 block of Wilbur Street.

11:26 p.m.-Officers assisted the Ohio State Patrol in the Ohio 4 and Caldwell Road area.

1:29 a.m.-Officers responded to a juvenile complaint in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

1:39 a.m.-Officers assisted the Bucyrus Fire Department in the 900 block of Monnett Street.

3:54 a.m.-Officers investigated a loud music complaint in the 300 block of Plymouth Street.

4:07 a.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the Heritage Circle area.

4:44 a.m.-Officers responded to a domestic situation in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

8:20 a.m.-Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 1100 block of Reid Street.

11:18 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a domestic dispute in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

12:08 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a domestic dispute in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

12:50 p.m.-Officers spoke to a woman in the 200 block of Bland Avenue about a domestic situation.

1:18 p.m.-Officers spoke to the parents of a small child left unattended in the 500 block of East Charles Street.

1:49 p.m.-A report of a person playing music too loud in the 200 block of South Lane Street was investigated.

3:36 p.m.-Officers did a welfare check in the 1600 block of Colonial Drive.

3:43 p.m.-Officers investigated a juvenile complaint in the 300 block of Hopley Avenue.

4:01 p.m.-A traffic citation was issued in the area of Kaler Avenue and Liberty Street.

5:41 p.m.-Officers investigated an animal complaint in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

7:20 p.m.- An Arch Drive resident was warned about their dog running at large.

7:31 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 700 block of Virginia Avenue.

9:05 p.m.-Officers spoke with a resident at the station regarding telecommunications harassment.

10:42 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the 700 block of Beverly Drive.

3:17 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a possible breaking and entering in the 200 block of West Warren Street. The area was checked and no one was around.

4:09 a.m.-Officers spoke to a man that was dropped off in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.

11:46 a.m.-Officers made contact with the owner of a dog running loose in the 1100 block of Rogers Street.

1:13 p.m.-Officers conducted a standby in the 900 block of South Walnut Street.

2:15 p.m.-Officers escorted a man out of Wendy’s who was bothering customers.

4:24 p.m.-Jeffery Lockwood was arrested on a disorderly conduct by intoxication charge. He will be held at the Crawford County Justice Center until court or a bond is posted.

4:54 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of vandalism in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

5:42 p.m.-Courtney Barber was arrested on a warrant out of Wyandot County. She was released to the Wyandot County Sheriff Office.

6:29 p.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station about a missing bike.

6:55 p.m.-Officers conducted a civil standby in the 300 block of West Mary Street.

7:11 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a fight in the 300 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

8:04 p.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station about a disturbance.

10:40 p.m.-Officers investigated a vehicle alarm in the 200 block of Plymouth Street.

11:10 p.m.-Officers responded to a report of a male trespassing in the 200 block of East Warren Street.

11:35 p.m.-Officers assisted the Seneca County Sheriff’s Department in locating two runaway juveniles. They were released to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Department.

2:44 a.m.-Officers responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 400 block of South Walnut Street. The occupants had been reported missing by the Mansfield Police Department. They were released to their families.
