BUCYRUS―One person was arrested when Bucyrus Police officers assisted deputies from the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office in the 100 block of Dudley Street on Thursday afternoon.

At 1:48 p.m., the person was arrested on a Wyandot County warrant, taken into custody and transported to the Wyandot County Jail.

7:15 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 300 block of Allen Avenue at the scene of a death by natural causes.

10:32 a.m.-Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the 100 block of North Walnut Street.

11:18 a.m.-A report of a vehicle passing cars on South Sandusky Avenue was investigated. The vehicle was located but officers did not witness any driving violations.

11:26 a.m.-A parking citation for facing the wrong direction was issued in the 800 block of Cleland Avenue.

12:38 p.m.-A woman spoke to officers at the police department about a possible sex crime.

2:27 p.m.-A minor private property collision was reported in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue on the Circle K lot.

2:51 p.m.-Officers spoke with a male who was having mental problems in the 200 block of East Warren Street.

3:29 p.m.-Officers assisted a male with mental issues in the 100 block of Stetzer Road. The person was provided assistance at Bucyrus Community Hospital.

3:31 p.m.-Officers attempted to locate an erratic driver in the 900 block of Faustina Avenue.

5:00 p.m.-Officers responded to a commercial alarm in the 2000 block of Marion Road. It was a false alarm.

9:00 p.m.-Officers investigated a juvenile complaint in the 400 block of West Charles Street.

10:47 p.m.-Officers investigated a 911 hang-up call in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street.

11:12  p.m.-Officers investigated a barking dog complaint in the 800 block of East Warren Street.

3:38  a.m.-Officers assisted a motorist on Mansfield Street with a disabled vehicle.

5:21  a.m.-Officers assisted with a lockout in the 900 block of Maple Street.
